[RECIPE] Healthy Tofu Fried Rice without Rice 두부밥

  • 1 Firm or Extra Firm Tofu
  • 1 Scallion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds


1. Prep the tofu and vegetables.

  • Dry the tofu with paper towel and smash it with a side of knife.
  • Cut the carrot into small cubes and slide green onion.
  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl and season with salt.

2. Start cooking:

  • In a large frying pan, add the smashed tofu and saute until it gets dried and light brown color.
  • Add the carrot and stir. Cook for 2~3 minutes.
  • Set the tofu and carrot on one side and add the egg water on the other side and make it scrable.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in the pan and add soy sauce and scallion.
  • Cook for 1~2 minutes and add the sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir well.
  • Serve on an individual plate.
  • Enjoy!
