[RECIPE] Cod Roe Cream Risotto

Serving Size: 2 servings


  • 2 tbsp Cod Roe
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4~6 White Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 200mL Milk
  • 200mL Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 200g Cooked Rice


1. Prep vegetables:

  • Cut the onion and slice the mushroom. Mince the garlics if you need.
  • Cut the cod roe in half and spoon out the roe. Save the roe in a small bowl.
  • Cook rice if you need.

2. Start cooking:

  • In a large frying pan, add 1 tbsp oil and warm it up on a medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and onion. Cook for about 1~2 minutes.
  • Add the mushroom and cook until the onion gets light.
  • Add the milk and heavy cream. Add the cod roe and stir well.
  • Add the rice and cook until the risotto gets thick enough.
  • Season with black pepper and salt.
  • Serve with red flakes!
