Tottenham had a game against West ham today at West Ham’s home. Since West Ham’s performance in the early league is bad, I expected Tottenham would win. However, they were drawn at 1:1. Tottenham’s performance was great in the first half time, but Tottenham lost their concentration in the 2nd half time in defending, so West Ham scored.
Line-ups:
The home team, West Ham came out with 4-2-3-1. Their new player, Lucas Paqueta started from the bench.

Tottenham’s formation was 3-4-2-1. Many people expected Richarlison would be in the first team, but Heung Min Son was still in the first team. Today was Bissouma’s first day that he was placed on the first team. Since Bentancur was injured in the last game, Bissouma had the chance. Bissouma’s performance was not good enough as I expected. I think he needs to get used to Tottenham.

Tottenham’s Penalty:
At 12 minutes, Perisic floated a cross to the box from the edge of the left corner, and it fell to Kane, then he downward header hits the outstretched arm of West Ham’s defender, and the referee called a penalty. However, after the referee checked the VAR, he changed his decision. He assumed Kane’s header ball hit West Ham’s header first and fall to his arm. The penalty was canceled as a result.
Tottenham’s first goal:
At 34 minutes, Tottenham had a counterattack chance after succeeding to steal the ball from the middle. Kulusevski drove out near the box and passed to Kane who was overlapping. Kane passed strongly from the right side to Son who was in the center of the box, but West Ham’s defender, Kehrer touched first, as a result, his own goal.

West Ham’s goal was started by throwing to Antonio and flicking the ball onto Soucek who was cutting in and lovely finished.

Richarlison was in at 76 minutes instead of Kulusevski, but couldn’t change the game. West Ham could score at 93 minutes. If they finished it, then Tottenham would lose.
Rating:
Today’s MOM was Soucek who scored West Ham’s final goal. Kehrer who was own scored was the worst in the first team.
A rating of Royal was the highest with 7.2. I agree with it. He was great today. However, I don’t agree with the 7.1 of Sanchez. Sanchez was very anxious during their build-up process.

Overall, I could see Tottenham’s performance in the first half time is getting better than in the last game, but the 2nd half was bad. I was also expecting Son to score the first goal of this season today, but I guess it would the next game.
